Corporate & Individual Event Sponsorship Form

This year on July 29th, 2023 the Creevy Family will host the 13th  Annual Dudefest, a benefit concert for Misericordia. The primary goal of the night is to support the programs that enrich the lives of the more than 600 children and adults who call Misericordia home. All proceeds from the event will go directly to Misericordia.  
Misericordia supports children and adults with mild to profound developmental disabilities from all racial, religious and socio-economic backgrounds. Misericordia’s programs include day-to-day support; job training; physical, occupational and speech therapy; and recreational outings. Misericordia cares for the most vulnerable members of our society. While Misericordia does not require payment from any family, they ask that families who have the means and the network fundraise to help pay for the cost of living for residents who don’t have the ability to pay.  
Our sister and cousin, Bree (the Dude), has been at Misericordia for twelve years and she loves her home. Misericordia is an incredibly well-kept, well-cared-for place that provides respect and kindness to everyone who lives there. And the way to keep it going is through support.
